i feel that i must give them only a 1 because after ordering a $100+ flower arrangement for my grandmothers birthday, since i live 200 miles away the only request i had was to view a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered. Apparently that simple direction could not and was not followed! it was not until after i called to inquire on the status of the arrangement, i was told "i am sorry but it has already been delivered and there is nothing we can do." so technically i can not comment on the quality of the bouquet.
i have ordered numerous arrangements from a wide number of different florist throughout the state and country and whenever i have requested a picture of what i ordered it has never been a problem getting what i requested. i am so terribly sad and disappointed in the total lack of attention to detail of a customer's request!!!

One star since they answered the phone?I ordered flowers early via phone in Sept. 2013 for same day delivery. Was asked for 2 phone numbers (mine & recipient. Awkwardly speaking to the intended recipient that evening & found out they weren't delivered at all. Call Gary's Floral next morning & was told delivery was attempted twice. No note, no phone call to either number. NO APOLOGY. They asked matter of factly if I wanted a refund or to deliver & I told them to talk to Gary and do whatever they felt was fair. I get a voice mail later, no apology..."your refund has been credited" WOW. never again. I understand human error but the kind and humble part should be free.
I gave them 1 star because they answered the phone before the opening time of 9 AM. I ordered flowers for my daughters first day in new job. Was told they couldn't deliver until right after the noon hour. Fine.... The flowers never showed up, I wasn't called, her office wasn't called. My card was charged though - not pleased!
I HAD CALLED GARYS FOR SOME FLORAL WORK FOR A FUNERAL AND THEY WERE SO NICE AND HELPFULL ON EVERYTHING WE WANTED THAT IS WAS SO COMFORTING WE WERE VERY PLEASE AND SO THANKFUL THAT SOMEONE WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO SPEND WITH US ON WHAT WE WANTED

We have been visiting Gary's Floral for about 2 years now. If you are looking for great accessories, accent furniture, lighting, then this is the place.
We recently had the great luck to find a buffet that I had been searching for to use as the component cabinet for my wall hung flat screen TV. After much measuring, remeasuring and discussion, Gary sent the piece out to try. It was a perfect fit! The two young men that Gary employs to deliver furniture and large accessories were an absolute joy to deal with. Very well mannered and well spoken men who took great care with the piece, as if it were theirs!
Two things I would like to stress about the shop:
1: Every time we have been in there, the inventory is almost always different. Gary told us that he likes
to change it out alot, so he has no problem putting items on sale quickly! Happily, he has always priced
things very reasonably to begin with, so a sale price makes it that much sweeter!
2. Gary and his staff go way over and above the call of duty to make sure that you are happy with the
item you have purchased, or will help you find just that special piece you are looking for.
I have not yet utilized the floral portion of the shop, but that will change next week. I'll be writing again when
I get the finished piece back.
