I have to admit that they helped my daughters cat,the over all review is one star is because, if you are on a fixed income, or don't make a lot of money, like my daughter, they don't help you in anyway. They don't care, they just want their money and if you can't pay them up front, they keep your animal and keep charging you board for the animal.

Run don't walk away from this poorly run rip-off of a veterinary hospital. If you love your animal(s), do NOT take them here. I don't even want to get into the horror story of my dog's operation and misdiagnosis as well as the insane wait time and incredible incompetence of the office staff. Plus the thousands of dollars I was over charged with unnecessary tests...I am simply livid.

Very expensive and when they want payment they expect it. Didn't tell me what they were gonna do but when it was time to pay they told me that. Do u believe it if i couldn't pay my Bill at once they would not give me my dog how sad

A serious reason to try this place out: they don't try to sell anything unnecessary and even gave me a choice of whether I wanted her vaccinated immediately or not. Personally, I don't have the money to do everything at once, so they were honest and only

Clean & Friendly and not too pricey and I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes past my appointment which is a plus. The vet and techs were great with the cats. Not rough or cold. They also didn't try up selling me which was a relief

Such a great Vet with a great staff. You can rest assured that when you pet is here, they are getting the best care possible. It is obvious that everyone who works there is a true animal lover. I would not take my pet anywhere else.

Vaccinations: Went today with my Labrador/Golden retriever mix. They are very inexpensive and awfully polite. My dog and I were seen with very minimal wait time and out in less than 40 minutes. My dog even got his nails trimmed for free. The vet was very polite and professional. Very good 1st impression especially since we are from Texas. We will be back for sure.

I truly sympathize with anyone who's reported a bad experience at Maple Hills, but my family has been going there for years. Through one dog and five cats, they have been nothing but wonderful and caring. When our first cat had to be rushed in for emergency services (after hours on a weekend) after we came home to find him bleeding from the nose, they called repeatedly while he was in surgery to keep us updated. He was an older cat, diabetic, and his heart stopped repeatedly, so we decided to put him down. When our dog kept losing weight and stopped eating, we took her in for observation. She had other issues (like abdominal issues) while there so they called to get our okay for exploratory surgery and Dr B himself called throughout the weekend to let us know what they found. Which unfortunately was a tumor too large to remove, so we had to put her down. Both times we received condolences and a rose from the staff which was quite touching. We still take our four cats there. They may be expensive and the wait may be long at times, but they're a great bunch of people.

Way overpriced!! My cat came home worse than before. They did not explain anything after 5 days of "Care" and it was like pulling teeth to get them to call you back with any info. When it came to the bill though they were very prompt! Did not explain medication doses, how to give, what was wrong & if treatable????? I am soooo dissapointed : (

WAY OVERPRICED! Seems like they are very money hungry. Can get same service at another vet for 1/2 the price.

Good vet, good hours, gave it 2 stars due to being over priced. Had to change vets, could no longer afford their prices. It's a shame but they are double the price of any other vet.

Have gone to Maple Hills for many years. I go to the Kressler Road (main hospital). Dr. Banzhof is very caring and concerned for your pet. The office staff are great! One of the few (if only) vet that has a nurse 24 hours at the main hospital. I feel so comfortable leaving my pet when they are sick knowing someone is with them over the night. I have nothing against Valley Central but I do not want to transport a sick pet from one hospital to another for the night then back to my vet in the morning. They can be a little expensive but the care is 100%.
