I have been having facials at Ambiance for a few months now. It is one of the best experiences I have ever had. I enjoy it completely. I have recommended it to several people and given gift certificates there as well.

I felt very welcome from the first moment I walked in the salon. The front desk was very nice and the staff was also. I had a full day at the spa and everything was wonderful. From the massage to the facial and I even got my hair cut and highlighted. I have been to many places but this place made me feel right at home. I loved it and will continue to have my services provided by them and would recommend them to anyone.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a spa!!!! I've been many places in and out of Alaska but this one tops them all! The employees were very friendly, that atmosphere was warm and inviting, and my services were wonderful. I would recommend Ambiance to everyone!

The services provided in regards to aesthetics and nails, are not available during spa hours. If a spa is open for example; during the hours of 10-6pm, every service should be made available as good customer service, during those hours. Also the employees need to wear appropriate work attire. Not little tank tops with their bra straps hanging out or flip flops. Employees would on many occasions would converse loudly amongst themselves in an office next to the reception area. They can atleast have the common sense to close the door to not make them appear any less professional than they already are. It must be the young teenage receptionist's first job because she is absolutely clueless and makes mistakes often. I will never go there again, nor recommend the spa to others.
