This flower shop has very poor service. We were the recipient of a plant, I guess, which never actually showed up. We got a notice on our door that they tried to deliver the flowers, but we weren't home. Instead of leaving the flowers, like every other flower delivery company we have ever received something from, they left a notice to call them. When I did call them back, the owner told me in a very hurried manner that I could come pick them up, but would need to get there before 5pm. Before I even had the chance to speak, she went into some story about this being the 4th time they tried to deliver the flowers and they first tried at our old address, blah blah blah. The delivery had my husband's name on it, and he has been in this same house for more than twenty years. She then would not tell me who the delivery was from. She just kept saying from his work down the hill. He doesn't work "down the hill." She refused to redeliver and then hung up on me. She was so rude!

Found this place on Google looking for some flowers for my wife. WOW!! What a store!! Great gifts and the flowers lasted for 2weeks.

I had a really great experience ordering from here. I placed an order online around noon and 3-4 hours later my order was delivered. The flowers were amazing and so fragrant. More than a week later they still look and smell great. I received an email a day later from Jackie at J's Country Floral thanking me! She was very gracious and grateful. I in return couldn't thank her enough for following up. I would highly recommend ordering from here, not only for their amazing selection and how long they last but also their customer service.
