I would not recommend using Best Reflections to anyone. They seemed to have good reviews, and maintained higher prices. I even felt inclined to pay more and expected receive a high quality product in return. As it turns out, the job was poorly done and not only did I pay a large sum of money ($600 for 7 windows), the business owner refused to fix mistakes, and actually blamed the customer (me) for his subpar job, and stated I should pay more to have his mistakes fixed. Therefore I am unable to give this company a positive review.

There were major mistakes to 5 of 7 windows installed. They include small triangles without tint due to plotter incorrectly cutting tint, quarter sized wrinkles, hair under the tint, a 3-4 inch long cut in the tint, and large pieces of dirt under tint causing air bubbles. When he replaced the tint a single car, it resulted in scratches to the clearcoat on the inside window frame.

The service provided by Best Refections was top notch and the quality of Bryant's work is outstanding. If you want to improve the looks of your car/truck...he's the guy you want. Great service from a great guy at a great price!!



2016 Toyota Camry

I wish I could put no stars... These people came highly recommend and I was calling to set up a birthday present for a friend. This guy said not taking anything until a week after birthday which was perfect but seemed disinterested in making appointment. I am not familiar with tinting and had some questions. He seemed very preoccupied so I asked if I should call back at better time. He stated now was fine, I proceeded to ask questions and he would respond with information no where near my question then restate my question in a belittling voice. This company was referred as the go to people for window tinting, great service and quality work with a friendly and knowledgeable staff so I was very disappointed at the lack of knowledge, quality of customers service and customer relations. At the end of the call I stated I thought I would get info elsewhere because he didn't seemed focused on my questions or willing to work on my friends car (Nissian Rogue 2015). He said I should do that and abruptly hung up. If he wasn't willing to take time to answer questions then I don't see him as the type to pay attention to detail.

Best reflections is the best there us hands down ...you will not get and better service or quality of window tinting anywhere ...great work great guy

I didn't want to get my tint done on my Lexus. I wanted to be able to see out at night. Also did not want to leave my baby car with just anyone. But when we had our first child, we had to get the tint put on. I called these guys and they CAME TO ME!!! So i can trust what they were doing with my car. The worker who came was kind to me and put on a tint that would help with the sun being in our baby's eyes and i can still see out at night. Had it on for 6 months now with no problems. I will be getting my car done next time by these guys!!!

Best Reflections installed tints on my car in my dive way, no wasted time, no shuttling from shops to home then back again. They did the car in about one and a half hours and the tints have a life time warranty. Both of them where nice and enjoyable to be around. vary professional.

You guys did a great job. Super service with a friendly attitude. He was good at what he did and was very fast. The mobile service was very convenient, I will definitely refer to my friends. I love my car now!

The guys drove all the way to me in franklin nc and took off my tint and retinted it to be legal. i thought i would never pass my inspection. Did a great job! Even cost less then some places! Recomend to all my friends and family! Oh and the owner is really funny lol
