Nightmare! Scheduled 2 basic mani/pedis for nieces & confirmed when we got there. I waited for them, got to the register & it was double the price. Apparently there were upgrades w/o my permission & made me pay for it despite cut fingers and smudges!

This is a clean attractive salon but they don't have enough staff. They tell you it's a short wait, put you in a chair and run water then you end up sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for service. The pedicure is terrible, even the deluxe services. A couple of the ladies do a decent gel manicure but they have the old lamps that are associated with skin cancer and premature aging. Not very good customer care for sure!

I just had to take the time to brag on this place, decor is so nice, staff are the best, my pedicure looks nice, really pleased.

I do agree with the other review. This place is really nice inside. I was very impressed with this place being upscale and easy to find.

This place is very pretty inside, the staff are the best, very friiendly and attentive, the manager went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I will be bringing my girlfriends next time.

Had a Groupon that I just used for a mani/ pedi this place is the best. My nails look good & my feet feel better.

I am pleased with my service. My nails are really nice and I didn't get cut by the technician! I will be back.
