Extremely happy so far with Auburn Transmission. Michael is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We expected to need a new transmission on our 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had gotten quotes of over $3,000 from generalized mechanics. But all Auburn Transmission had to do was tinker with a couple things and perform a routine service for $700. Well worth the money and the visit to a true specialist. This service includes a 10-day check up and a 90-day warranty. The inspection of the transmission was thorough and free. Michael even called a few days later to check in and see how the transmission was doing. Great customer service, as well. A true professional.
