called two times for parts they said they would call me right back finally went there orderd part i needed came back to buy part no one new anything about it glad these are not the only guys in town

We have dropped off out truck at the truck shop so that they can look at it. When we came a few days later to pick it up we have discovered that the portable Navigation system was stolen from the windshield. We have talked to the owner and the managers but nobody wanted to help. Stay AWAY from them!

They're open late and the road side service is a life saver. They usually are good about pointing you in the right direction if they can't help. I think the guy below might be a little impatient sometimes parts and stuff are hard to find...

they took 2 hours to get back to us... when they did it was to let us know they couldnt help. at least they gave us the # of a great place out of seattle..
