Provided by YP.comPoor experience so for your sake I hope you choose another shop. It is a zoo with no keeper. If you do not believe me just sit in the lobby prior to choosing them to work on your vehicle and just listen to their promises on the phone and watch the disorder. There is no shop foreman to run the place just accounting and salesman trying to get more commercial accounts while two people run the counter and bounce mechanics from unfinished job to unfinished job. There is always something else they FIND wrong to increase any bill. Keep in mind the two counter people work off of commission. They are put in charge of order of importance and if you are not a fleet account, you are at the back of the line. Get you a 12 pack of beer and watch these two go with no one to answer to...you can have a ball. Look in the shop, the notes all over the counters, the parts laying everywhere, at the garbage laying everywhere outside, the upkeep on neighboring parking lots...who runs the place? Poorly managed!
