Bertha s Restaurant and Bar, based in Baltimore, was established in 1972. It serves appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, mussels, rice dishes, seafood entrees and desserts. Its menu includes stuffed mushrooms, broiled mushroom caps with tomato and cheese escargot, crab soup, mussel chowder, shrimp salad, salami and onion and cheeseburger.
