Horrible service! Gave us the wrong arrangement on 2 different occasions. The manager Susie is rude and got upset when I asked her to correct the issue. It's Valentines Day! You should've been properly prepared for the rush Beehive Florist! Do not recommend you waste your money or time here!!

I ordered a basket arrangement for my wife's birthday yesterday. Today, half of the flowers are already wilting! You would think after spending $60 on some flowers, they would last more than a day!

Ok so I'm not one to complain much about a business and I typically will give them more than one chance to correct a problem before I do complain to a manager, but I would STRONGLY recommend that you don't use BeeHive Florist. After talking with the manager, or whoever the guy was, about the problems with my orders he told me he would close my account out and I could take my business elsewhere. I told him fine that I would and I would dispute the card charge and then he proceeded to tell me that he would send someone to pick up the flowers. As I was getting in my truck to leave he decided to come out and cussed me out. Told me I was nothing but a f***ing plant worker, that he owned 5 shops and makes millions a year and that I could take my measly salary somewhere else. REALLY??? Does this guy not know what plant workers do or how much we as plant workers support his business??? I am absolutely dumb founded by how I was treated as a customer!!

It was easy to order flowers for my girlfriend's birthday... Which I called one of the other places first and I don't want to say they were unprofessional but I got a lot better service at Beehive Flowers. Yeah, I called at the last minute but they didn't make me feel bad about. They really helped me out on this one. I see a some new faces in there and I gotta say they know their stuff. What they don't know, they'll find out. Great place to do business.

Card should have read Ron, Robin, & Grandkids. It read Robert and the grandkids. I guess when they heard Ron, Robin they wrote down Robert by mistake. In this case it was really bad because Robert is Robin's X husband. These flowers were initially taken as an insult by grandma thinking it was done to hurt Robin. I'm Ron, I placed the order,and I had to explain their mistake, and let her know who they were from. BAD, BAD, BAD. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time.

After twenty years+ of trading with this business, I was disappointed that they could NOT get the delivery date correct on an out-of-state delivery. I stated the date I wanted the delivery at least three times, and was told that "the computer changes the dates back sometimes." Not OK. Change programs, or triple check before you send the order.

Beehive Florist really exceeded my expectations! The flowers were gorgeous. I called last minute and they were able to finish my arrangment on time for my fathers birthday. He adored them! AMAZING customer service and very helpful staff! Thank you Beehive!

I have used Beehive Florist in Baytown for years, they are very dependable and reasonable and I have never had a problem.
