The lady who came to clean was here for only three hours. I looked around and realized that the house not deep cleaned. My floors were not clean, windows dirty, stove top was dirty and my counter tops in the kitchen were gross. I called the office to voice my concern and I was told that didn't sound like the type of job the woman who came to clean usually does. The person I was speaking to said she could send one of her lead cleaners out the next morning to go over the cleaning and then to also clean before my pictures. She also said she would be out of town the following week but that she would review what had happened with the cleaning and give me a call before charging my card. The lady that came the next day agreed and noticed everything and took notes. It's been over a week and a half I have had no phone call from the owner and they charged my car without any discussion. A simple phone call to apologize and even go over the billing would have made me happy with the circumstance.
