Provided by YP.comThe staff is rude and unprofessional. I brought my dog here as per his vets order because he was in critical condition. When I arrived I told I explained the situation. They checked his “vitals” and told me he wasn’t an emergency. Come to find out he was bleeding internally and needed immediate surgery. He passed away. Do not take your pet here.

Provided by YP.comCaring, compassionate, kind-hearted, by enough adjectives like these to describe the staff. I can not be more grateful for their kindness. These people truly care.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst facility ever! They should not be allowed to serve the public. They make fictitious charges snd overcharge. After 2 days my dog had to be euthanized and they handed me an $18,000 bill which did not match any of the estimates they originally gave me.
Now because I am disputing the charges they are withholding my dogs ashes. .. This is despicable! My dog was part of my family and I want to bring him home. I was very reasonable and asked them to properly adjust the bill and I also gave them $4,300 because they didn't want to euthanize him until I paid them. I want my dogs ashes back!!!

Provided by YPmobileHorrible experience, all they care about is $$$$$. I would help any group or organization to get them reprimanded or fined severely... anything to get them to change their business practices.

Provided by YP.comI brought my very ill dog in to see the doctors at Atlantic Coast after my own veterinarian had run out suggestions. I found the hospital to be very clean, the staff to be very helpful and answer all my questions. They found out what was wrong with Dutch and treated him appropriately. I am happy to report he is making a full recovery. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone I know. They get 5 stars from me and Dutch.
