these people understand no meaning of customer service.in my opinion this is the worst pawn shop in town.

Lady that works there doesn't know anything about computers. All the employees seem uneducated in the products they are selling. After they revied my compaq Presario they offer me $50. I come back the next day and they won't pay me. I would avoid this store and go to the better businessmen at the maple grove location please. Thanks.

Ok first of all, I am a little disappointed by the rating this store has due to people rating it only with one as they are all who tried to sell something or the other!

Now if you are going to sell something used,obviously they are not going to give you the price they might sell it for as they need to pay for the store expenses as well make profit on the sold items. Long story short, don't expect to get what you paid for or market value of things. There is craigslist for a reason!



I happen to go to Boise Idaho store and have never left unhappy. I love buying my playstation games and controllers from them. They even exchange them without asking why within 7 days.



Love this place and Must Go place for all those who wouldn't mind used goods.

I brought an item in the other day to sell and I was insulted with the offer I received. The attendant said he would go look up my item on the computer. When he came back he told me how much they were selling for. I then asked if I could see what he looked at, and he refused. Afterward I went home and looked for my item myself on the computer. The price I found was more than triple what the attendant had told me in the shop. Either he was trying to screw me over (which is more than likely) or he was incapable of researching the correct model of my item. Either way, I received terrible assistance during my visit. I don't advise you give them your business.
