Terrible, terrible, terrible.

My niece recently used this service for a wedding shuttle. The driver spoke almost no english, attempted to deliver the guests to the wrong location and due to her lack of language skills was unable to communicate her need to get down a street to police who had a street blocked (others were getting down the street), it caused the wedding to be delayed. Three runs were scheduled but only two completed. The driver was a half hour late to begin runs from the wedding site to the reception causing the reception to be shorter. Only two runs were completed to the reception. The shuttle was on time to take guests back to the hotel from the reception and did make all three runs at that time.

My niece emailed the Corporate Express to complain and received a very disrespectful email in return. Corporate Express in the email to my niece stated that I said every thing was fine and it wasn't the driver's fault. Untrue! I was on the phone with both the driver (a total waste of time and the dispatcher complaining and trying to make sense of what was happening. I told the dispatcher the driver had to be more assertive to get down the street. I sure let him know things were not going well. As to the driver going to the wrong park and all of my other allegations, I have 25 witnesses who were on board the bus during the run where they were taken to the wrong park and at least 40 witnesses to the shuttle not being there at 6:15 to pick up for the initial reception run. Locations and times were clearly communicated when this service was engaged.
