Provided by YP.comLauren was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the car. The whole process took 5 hours which was pretty long. During this period we were mostly in the dark about why it was taking so long. Only after we asked did we find out the reason(s) for the hold-up.

Was an extremely busy day for kuni, but Sam took the time to let us test drive two cars, explained everything, and helped us through a very long day.

Provided by YP.comIt was a bit chaotic when I arrived in the morning. I chose the wrong line and the line next to me was moving faster but I was worried I wouldn't get helped in order so I had to go inside to make sure I was helped. After that, the service was done quickly and done well. The only thing is that the past couple times I've come in for the Free For Life, they don't automatically do all of the things that come with it (cleaning, tire rotation, tire fillup). I have to special request to get any work done on the tires. The last time I came in, I asked about tire rotation but they did not fill up the tires. This time, I asked to have the tires filled but they did not do the rotation (which is fine because I was informed last time that the worn tires are where they should be). Service was definitely very friendly this time and my car got done quicker than expected!

Provided by DexKnowsAs mentioned earlier, we were ok with our experience, except the fact that we were denied the Kuni loyalty advantage program, which should come with any lease/purchase no matter what. We are not happy with this. Rest was OK , even though it took us 6 hours plus from start to end
