UPS DRIVER DELIVERED 4 PACKAGES THIS MORNING WHILE I WAS WAITING I SAW THE DRIVER THROW MY PACKAGES ON THE FLOOR OF HIS VAN. I TOLD MY WIFE I HOPE NOTHING IS BROKEN .WELL SURPRISE I OPENED ONE PACKAGE THAT HAD GLASS LIGHTS YOU PUT ON FIRE PLACE. I GOTTHEM FROM QVC NOW I HAVE TO REPACKAGE THE BOX AND DELIVER TO UPS STORE FOR RETURN. THIS DRIVER WHO DAMAGED MY PACKAGE COULD NOT CARE LESS I ALREADY CALLED UPS SPOKE TO FEMALE COULD NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH PROBABLY FROM INDIA OR PHILLIPINES I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED UPS FED EX MORE RESPONCEIVE FOR DELIVERIES

I want to write a review not on your delivery service but to thank UPS for having impeccable drivers on the road. I drive route 3 and get off at the same exit most days. Your driver this morning put his directional on and patiently waited until it was clear enough to pull in. The reason I recognized the difference in professional drivers is because suddenly another local driver showed up on my right side and continued to push me into another lane. Icy and nowhere to go...Thanks UPS keep up the good work

No customer support needed package forgot to put on truck and can't even pick it up until next day only 3 mile away
