Everybody up and down the organization was great. If I had to do it all over again, Aegean Pools would be my choice again.

Aegean Pools installed our pool in 1998 and we have recommended them to everyone. We have had nothing but outstanding service from them over the many years. Today we finally had to replace our main and booster pumps AFTER 20 YEARS! Barry and Jim took less than an hour to complete the entire job and it was done perfectly. I continue to highly recommend Jim Garrison and his crew to anyone who wants outstanding, professional service.

Aegean has a knack for hiring ethnic people with criminal backgrounds that they can easy manipulate, to come and work on your pool stuff - and often times - to break your pool equipment and do more harm than good. Aegean employees are evidently allowed to show up high on drugs to work, (and to smoke pot at work in the work trucks), and the employee handbook rules are not enforced, because they know they'd loose the majority of their service department if they even performed a simple drug test. Their scheduling /promptness is substandard for their industry compared to other companies in Hampton roads, and the employees are told one scheduling time - while the customers are told another on when to arrive at the physical addresses in question (on the days route). The owners are really nice people!!!!!! but are woefully detached from the daily service department operations and are lied to by the service staff management. Many many customers if called upon can confirm this.

Aegean Pools built our pool back in 1996. Because of the recent rain storms our pool got overfilled with rain water, which did some damage to the liner. The company promptly replaced our liner and the pool now looks like new again! The work was in a very timely fashion, service is outstanding from these people. Furthermore, when the old liner was removed, the concrete underneath, and the pool overall structurally was like in new condition, as if it was just built in this year...and this was done 20 years ago!! That amazed me. I recommend this company to anyone who cares to have a quality product and values their property. You will not go wrong with Aegean's pools!

I have never had a problem at Aegean Pools. The staff is always friendly and pleasant.
