Worst customer service in history. I requested my membership canceled in the store and they continued with monthly charges. When I called to reverse the charges, they said they had fired the girl in the store and would cancel the charges. Which they did not. $150.00 later they still will not settle this! They offered no refund whatsoever. I've been in sales and customer service for 10 years and I would never treat my customers like this. They have massive internal issues. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
