This was probably the WORST experience I've ever had at a cleaning/exam. The receptionist didn't have a welcoming voice and was lacking in manners. Their new patient form had a typo, I should have turned & ran at that very moment. When I began my cleaning with the dental hygienist I mentioned to her the OVERWHELMING pain & discomfort I was having in between my 2 bottom front teeth. The 1st time she hit this area I flinched in pain. She told me quite frankly and with a unprofessional tone to hold still or the cleaning was over. The 2nd time she hit this area I whimpered to let her know I was in pain and she stopped, with an annoyed voice she asks me if I'd like her to continue or not. With tears welling up I nodded for her to continue. This hygienist seriously needs a lesson or two in compassion & patience. I worked in the healthcare field for 6 years so I know how frustrating difficult clients can be but they still deserve respect & consideration of their pain. My actual dentist was very hard to understand & was very short with the exam. The only good thing about this appointment was the x-ray technician, he was very polite & very professional. At the end of my appointment they wanted to schedule a followup, after all that I experienced I still didn't have the heart to tell them I wasn't coming back. I just told them I'd call in to schedule later. I will not be returning AND would not recommend this facility to friends or family. Very disappointed in service.

I had a crown for tooth # 4 done on Sep2013 and it was done wrong with no posts , and I ended with a broken tooth and another root job done for the same tooth for the second time , went back to them on Dec 2014 after the root job was done waited till jan 2015 for the new crown print paid for the post and the new crown , went back again on the beginning of feb found out they had the wrong crown dr mentioned it will take couple weeks and that I have to pay more ( about 20 to 30 $ more for re-do) tried to call them for 3 weeks to check if the crown is done yet with them promising me to call tomorrow I ended up going in person today to find out the crown is ready without me being informed but was shocked that the 20-to 30 $ became 250$, customer service was really poor and they let me go out without a crown and even without a temp crown that fall less than a week from the visit ,



another crown they did for me as well needs to be redone and the insurance wont cover because it was done less than 5 years and I will end up paying all out off my pocket ..



bottom of the line poor service , I don't recommend at all ( as long as you pay without questioning then you are a good patient and once you start questioning and ask more they give you the ugly face)
