be careful purchasing anything from this establishment. They have a very strict no return/exchange policy evenl if they sell you a defect item. We purchased a $159 item here that was rechargeable. After taking it home and charging it for 24 hours as stated in the manual it ended up being defected. After calling the store we were to,d all sales were final and we must take it up with the manufacture. All we wanted was an exchange since spend well over $220 that day. But after a rude telephone conversation with the same young lady who sold the item we just decided we will never shop here again and to warn others about thier policies. Now I understand why people are using the Internet more and more to purchases items. Customer service seems to be something of the past
