well im sorry to hear your mom had a bad experience i have always gone there and take my son there and never and i mean never had a bad service or bad haircut they do a great job and then who can beat it with a coupon of 6.99 and then on the other hand tips are voluntary if you don't have it don't give it but 2 dollars is not to much to thank them because in case you don't know they get paid the basic $8 an hour so before you even know the details then don't judge.
