Helpful. Reliable. Responsive. Very reasonably priced repair and maintenance for a high-end push mower. Glad that I didn't read the one negative review beforehand. My experience was excellent.

Wouldn't even make an effort to look up part. Was very sarcastic and no help what's so ever. Every time I offered a resolution he had nothing but I can't available in his vocabulary. I would never do business with such an ignorant person none the less bring my equipment in for repairs knowing that he doesn't even know his parts to help someone.

he is not interested in helping or selling parts.. very rude person
