We had a drain blockage last night causing lots of water to back up into our home. Roto Rooter came to the rescue. Michael was sent to help us. He was fantastic, professional, courteous and stayed late until the problem was resolved. He absolutely saved us and I would highly recommend him and Roto Rooter to anyone needing help.

Connor did an excellent job replacing both T-90 water shut off valves under our sink.
He was courteous and very knowledgeable about our issue and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. I mean WOW!!! If/when we have plumbing issues in the future we will ask for him by name.
