Alamo Academy has a great marketing team. Their web page is awesome and the concept is good as well, but they cant execute. Went in for an intro class and signed up for 10 classes. Their expensive, but we felt it would be worth the investment. They promote that all class bookings are done online, which I thought was great. The problem is that they don't have an AVAILABLE CLASSES. Check online and you will see 5 to 10 30 min classes available for a 2 week period. This can make it virtually impossible to book the classes you've paid for. I called to complain to hear that they only have one instructor and that the instructor is a student and only available on certain days. That they were looking for more instructors. I asked for a refund but their policy is "no refunds". I can appreciate the no refund policy if they had classes you could sign up for but if they don't have the classes....what are you to do?? Buyer beware!!

This one of the best places you can take ur kids to get a good batting practice. We always take our son there before he starts his baseball season in school. They are great trainers and great coaches as well.
