For anyone looking for a Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage gift--this is the place in southwest Ohio! Dayton Church Supply (if you can stand the "adult shops" which have [diabolically?] surrounded it) is a beautiful "old school" store with countless gifts, sacred items, statues, prints etc. for any Catholic or Protestant. The workers there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are extremely fair. I was looking for a statue of Mary for a prayer room in our home, and one of the co-owners brought me into this store room, with hundreds of statues, some very old-- we found a statue made in Holland in the 1950s--very rare, that was perfect.



I have also seen clergy (both Catholic and Protestant) in the store, shopping for everything from candles to crosses and crucifixes. Great selection.



In addition, if you have old statues or religious items that need refurbishing, the store will send it to a stay-at-home-mom who beautifully repairs antique statues; if it is a really precious statue, they know who to send it to to get it done right. I highly recommend this place--keep it in business for another 100 years!!
