I was told the truck would arrive in an hour. I waited 7 hours for a tow at the exact address I gave the driver. I texted the driver that my phone was dying after waiting 2 hours. The owner said that it wasn't his responsibility that the subcontractors he called to pick me up never showed up and didn't try to contact me. Worst towing service ever.
