I ordered furniture in November, 2020. I signed a paper acknowledging it could take up to 18 weeks because of COVID. Now it’s almost May snd I still have no word on when it will be here. I called April 1...snd they told me the parts had been ordered- not received, just ordered. (This was when we should have had our furniture). I asked about getting my money back so I could go somewhere else. No, they would keep it!

We were very impressed with the quality of the reclining sofa we purchased and our salesperson Rosemary S, who stayed after hours to complete the sale.

John greeted me when I came in the store asked me what I was interested didn’t I told him he pointed me in the right direction and just let me browse then he caught up with me a few minutes later and we made the sale. He made it very easy give me some options for selections and it was done in about 30 minutes. I’ve had La-Z-Boy furniture in the past and I really like it
