Terrible service. Spoke with Tommy numereious times to get a refund for a bent frame rail they sent me.After a week of no response Tommys response is "the salvage industry is a dirty business". He fully admitted that the part was defective and would not issue a refund. I will never deal with this salvage yard again and would recommend everyone to stray away from conducting business with them. Take a look at their google reviews as well..negative reviews.

We apologize for the poor experience you've had, though I've discussed this issue with the Sales Staff, and that phrase is not something that exists in our culture. We don't consider ourselves a junkyard or salvage yard - We do things much differently than the usual "junkyard". We invite all viewing this to read through our Google Reviews and eBay Feedback. Great service, great product representation, safe packaging and timely delivery. What more could you ask. they portrayed the USED part will and the slight damage was marked to be identified in the posted photos. Great business and quality performance. Much success n the future. Will use again.

Wrecked my Panamera in the front (long story) and needed a Front Bumper, a Hood, Radiator, Cooling Fan, and a few other things. They had so many parts I got to pick which ones I wanted (and these are hard to find parts). Price was fair, and their service was incredible. They emailed me photos of the parts and shipped everything later the same day and I got it all 2 days later. I really can't say enough about these guys. Buy your parts here.

These guys have parts that I can't find anywhere else except for the dealership. I've literally saved a few thousand $ in the past couple months on Maserati and Mercedes parts alone. Plus, they have photos of every single item so I know exactly what I'm getting. Seriously this place is awesome.
