My wife and I have shopped here for about 3 months and we love this store. Prices are great, and the quality is really good. We haven't sold anything to them, so I can review them on that...But Buying...5 stars. I was shocked to see that they have NEW stuff too. The Lady said that they are 30% new and 70%used. We love this place.

We have a two year old and a 4 year old. I was very surprised to see that they had a lot of new things. I didn't realize that the store was 60 percent gently used and 40 percent top of the line new stuff. The person who helped me actually showed me everything that I was looking for. Otherwise I would have been lost.

The "customer service" is deplorable. This is supposed to be a resale store, the items are priced at maybe 2 to 3 dollars under what they originally sold for. Just because the items are a "name brand" they will only give a 4 of what you are asking should you go to sell or trade and them mark them up to what was originally priced when it was sold in a retail store. 5 words to sum up my experience. Greedy owner, worthless customer service. Never going back, and do not recommend to anyone. You are better off going to Ross or Target at these prices and at least the customer service is better.

DONT waste your money!!! You can find the same stuff for a fraction of the price at your local goodwill!! This place is has very bad service! To sum it up ...RUDE, EXPENSIVE OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE.
