Our move was from MI to CA, and from the first contact to the very last contact, every person along the way was top notch, knew what they were doing, did it right, were on time, took very good care of our old family pieces, and understood that even though they do this every day, for us it was not an "every day" event. Wanted to let you know how very pleased we were with our moving experience - from the very first meeting with the salesman - to the communication with the ladies in the office, to the movers both of the moving days - moving out and then moving in 5 weeks later - Every part of the move was exceptional! As I mentioned to the salesman on the first meeting when he gave us the estimate, I was very hesitant about the move having heard horror stories of companies who charged more than their estimate ... holding their goods "hostage"!
