      Our goal is to provide you with a courteous and concerned attitude from the office staff and doctors. We want you to get the best medical care possible. As a board certified dermatologist, Dr. Forche offers non-invasive solutions such as Juvederm and Botox, to fill deep facial creases and to smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Dr. Forche also administers Botox to help curb excessive underarm sweating which is known as hyperhidrosis. To enhance your eyes, we currently offer Latisse, which is used to achieve fuller and longer lashes. About Our Doctors Dr. Forche obtained his college and medical degrees at the University of Notre Dame and the Medical College of Ohio. He was an internal medicine resident at William Beaumont Hospital and an instructor in the department of internal medicine at the University of Michigan. He completed his dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital and is board certified in dermatology. He is on the staff at William Beaumont Hospital. He has been practicing dermatology in this location since 1995. Dr. Michels graduated from Michigan State University and received her medical degree from the University of Michigan. She was an intern in internal medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, and a dermatology resident for 3 years at the University of Michigan Hospital. She is board certified in dermatology and is on the staff of William Beaumont Hospital. She has been in this office since 1986.
