      Long story short: Fridge was not cooling enough. Tech from Masco comes in (on Friday), pulls a sensor out (from cooling element) and tells me that they will issue a quote for the repair on the following Monday ($80 gone here). Quote comes in for $400 to replace main board (which later I found out costs $88). I then hired another company that came in, tested the board, found only the sensor to be bad, replaced ($11) and the fridge is up and running since then. If the tech had just made a mistake, that would be fine if they would admit it. However, they just ignore my messages (website 'Contact Us') and phone calls. I'll post as many reviews as I can. Their quote is in front of me so I don't forget. If I manage to warn the next victim, I've done good service to my community. I'm building a blog just to report that as well. I'm sure when people Google them, my blog will be in the search results. Return my messages, handle my concerns as a customer, admit your mistake.
