I want to commend Jen (Jennifer) who assisted me yesterday in placing an order for a patient in N FL Regional Hospital. She was extremely patient, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable for 29 minutes on the phone! Rarely have I had that level of service in a similar situation in my 90 year life! She answered all my questions, made suggestions and helped me complete my gift choice. Please thank her for me. And the patient loved it!
