We visited the Leonard Street location on July 3, 2010. We were extremely disappointed. The service was very slow and several items were brought to us incorrectly. My wife ordered the ribs and they came extremely will done to the point that they were so tough that you could not chew them. I could not believe a cook would serve them nor would a waiter bring them. Brann's did replace them but with the slow service it was to late to eat with our meal. On the plus side I had prime rib and it was very good. Overall the experience was not very pleasant. Dean Kranz Howard City, MI
