I would recommend Solo Diagnostics to anyone looking for a Drug or DNA test. The service is fast, affordable, and the support is exceptional. I have been coming to this business for several years and will continue in the future.

DO NOT go to this business. There is one extremely rude employee that has a limited vocabulary which includes "have a seat" and "show me your form of payment."

He is slow, rude and expensive. Even if you need to drive a little further, do not go to this location.

How incredibly RUDE! I have a feeling I had the same unfriendly interaction as the person before me did. I called to cancel an appointment, and the gentleman wouldn't let me get 2 words in without yelling at me. I said, "Well this is rude", and I just hung up. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Efficient but the staff is extremely rude. I called to see how I could obtain a replacement receipt and he was very defensive and rude. He told me to go to the website and dial the number on the site to get the receipt. I called the number on the Solo Diagnostics website and he answered the phone again. He was talking over me and I couldn't even get a word in to tell him I called the number that he instructed me to do. Then he goes on to tell me to go to l1enrollement dot com and call the corporate number there. I don't write many negative reviews but I was not at all satisfied with the way my issue was handled. Work on your customer service skills or find a job that you are more satisfied with.

Went in to get fingerprints done for my gun permit and was told to go to the city county building downtoen because I live in Marion county . I was also told I needed a 10 dollar money order. Between the money order, the withdrawal fee from atm, parking downtown and the gas i spent about 40 dollars to find out that the gun permit people are closed on Tuesdays! I called the guy to ask if he knew that and he said they did and when i asked why he didn't tell me he hung up! Very angry at this point!!

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Extremely rude man handles the phone and office, pretty sure he has a 4th grade education too. They will not work with you, will not give referrals of any kind, and are not customer friendly. I honestly do not know how these people are still in business with customer service like that. Please, save yourself the time, money, and headache of dealing with these very unprofessional people.

I went to the facility today to get background check and fingerprint to obtain my nursing license. The employee was unwilling to answer my question. I asked, "How do I obtain this document, is it something i should look for in the mail or will it be sent to the licensure office"? He said, go online and look. I said, " You can't give me any information? He said , "no, go online and look. So I did, and I still have no answers.

Good location for Southsiders. The technician, while competent and efficient was uninformative to the point of being rude.

This company was very prompt in the service that was provided. We received our test results in 2 days and the personnel was very professional.



I would recommend this company for anyone who needs either drug testing or DNA analysis.
