Platinum Palace was established in Aug 2005 in a small space we rented down the road from USM campus in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. It took a short amount of time to build a client base of regular customers. We believe our policy of Total Customer Service has pushed us beyond everyone expectations, but our own. One later we moved in to the current location on US Hwy 98 in front of Sam’s and Wal-Mart. This provided the store with the space to really improve our selection and improve our inventory greatly. Since then we have expanded twice in our new space and have become a much larger place with the perfect feel of our boutique style. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the highest level of comfort and a safe place to inquire about their most private and intimate questions. Therefore the staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about everything we sell. If they are presented with a challenge, they rise to the occasion. We set high standards for personal hygiene and product knowledge. It is not just a store to most people, it is a place to come and receive the personal attention in a comfortable and professional atmosphere which most retail lacks now a days. Platinum Palace staff will help find things in our catalogs or our website for items we do not keep in store, it is always our goal to help in any way possible from personal shopping and finding them the right things even if the items are in the store. The staff always tries their best to accommodate our clients by staying current with all the latest products and being knowledgeable about them. By going to the trade shows and conferences we are ever evolving into the most current place to be and keep our clients up to date
