      Great service. Daniel is extremely professional and detail oriented. Does fantastic work in a prompt fashion. I called and he came out right away to fix the pump and salt system that was not working properly. He got it up and running quickly. I would highly recommend him and his company for any service that needs to be done on a pool.

      We used Blue Diamond for our child care center pool in High Point. I must say...I couldnt imagine anyone else providing the amount of customer service they did. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our pool was ready for the children coming for summer camp as well as our pool inspection. The workers always had a smile on their faces and very eager to help wherever needed. If you are looking for a pool service company, you have to call them...they are the absolute best!!!

      We have an indoor pool that developed problems. We were using Bacquicil and another pool company was advising us. The chemistry went bad and despite many weeks and a lot of money the situation was not improving. We gave up on that company and called Blue Diamond. What a difference! Daniel diagnosed the situation, cleaned up the pool, switched us out of chemicals into a chlorinator and all done promptly, efficiently and effectively. Another problem from our previous company surfaced, a defective heater leaking carbon monoxide. Once again Daniel assisted in finding a safe replacement for the gas heater, installed it and monitored its performance. I highly recommend Blue Diamond to anyone needing effective and efficient swimming pool service.
