Military Law: As an active duty USAF JAG Officer, I tried over 35 Courts Martial involving prosecution or defense of serious assaults, sexual assaults, theft, drug and alcohol offenses, security clearance violations. Courts Martial were held throughout Pacific rim, including military facilities in Japan, Okinawa, Korea, Guam, and Hawaii. Prosecution Experience: Previously responsible for Felony-level prosecution as a Special Assistant United States Attorney involving jury-trial.
