Aloha I came into the store to upgrade my phone. Evyn helped me right away. I wasn't sure which phone to purchase but he gave me options, told me what promotions was going on, and helped me choose the right phone for me. He then started having trouble with upgrading my plan which has never occurred before for me or him. He contacted customer service and asked them what the problem was. Ironically after multiple times, and being on the phone with customer care, the upgrade went through. Also during this whole process, he kept sincereely apologizing about the wait and the problem. For the inconvenience, he gave my a discount on a phone case. He is a great employee, and I will recommend him to everyone.
