The girl who answered the phone was exceptionally nice and polite, and told me when to expect a phone call from the technician. I called the technician shortly thereafter and he gave me his estimated arrival estimate. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in his explanation. The repair was completed immediately and we tested it afterwards. I would highly recommend them for all future needs.
