I cannot more highly recommend Harris Tire & Automotive Service. Our 2010 Honda Odyssey had the alternator fail at 4:30pm on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend when we were on our way from MIssouri to Michigan. They took the car in and had it ready by 10:30 Saturday morning. They saved our vacation. Amazing service and at a great price.

I genuinely do not get the love for this place. Rather than tell me that my car had serious front end problems, they decided they'd rather make a buck off of me and sell me new tires. I was under the impression that it was just a wheel bearing causing the front end problems because that's what I was told by them but when I hired a mechanic off of Craigslist to inspect the vehicle, it was another story altogether.



So, either Harris Tire is incompetent, or they are just money grubbers. No way should they have ever sold me those tires because the car was simply not safe to drive and has since been junked. Not only did they sell me new tires, but they didn't warn me of how seriously damaged the front end was.



And even now knowing this, I tried to contact them to see if they would buy the tires they sold to me and they said they would. For $10 bucks each. Brand new $80 dollars/each with hardly any miles on them and they're willing to give me $10 bucks each for them. Gee...what a swell business. Consider this diatribe my figurative foot up all of your asses.

Extremely nice and personable service. The waiting room was peaceful and quiet; the service was quick as well. It would be nice if there were complimentary water/juice but regardless, a great job!

I have been a customer for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are fantastic. Everyone is very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, etc.
