Awesome service, very professional. They have improved tremendously from a couple years ago. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever. I got a call on a Thursday saying the delivery would be between 10:30 and 12:30 on Monday morning and I would be called 30 minutes ahead. Next, I got a call at 8:13 am on delivery day saying they would be there at 8:20. I did not receive a call 30 minutes ahead and the window of delivery was not even close to what they scheduled. When I called the office they told me the woman that made the schedule was on vacation. No apology. Lowest level of service possible.

Not only is this company lazy in their deliveries but they also lie to the company they are delivering for. HMS doesn't show up when they say they will and doesn't call to tell you that they can't/won't show up. You have to track them down through many phone calls. They waste your time and money and are extremely unprofessional. Because of them they have turned me away from the big box company I bought my item from that HMS was suppose to deliver two days ago.
