Very good service on time better than Keno cab..

I needed a cab to drive my son from Carthage College to the Milwaukee airport at 4:00 in the morning. Jeffrey was very polite and assured me that a car would be waiting. He was there at 4:00 on the dot and got him there without any problems. His rate was fair and we will use them again.

he was very friendly over the phone when i called, he picked me up in about 15 minutes from the beginning of the call and was extremely kind when he got there. he got me across town quickly with no nonsense and acted in a serviceable but very personal manner. when i needed to be picked back up, he remembered where i was and showed up in exactly 6 minutes (with the same great attitude, might i add) and dropped me back off across town to a different location, again, with no nonsense. it was all also very cheap, totaling $14 for the whole thing. Couldn't ask for better service or reliability. went above and beyond! im putting him on yelp as well, his name was Jeff Smith

Great service. I needed a ride to work for two days while my car was in the shop. Driver was waiting for me both mornings at my scheduled pickup time and even drove me through McDonalds to get my morning coffee. He was very polite and professional and the rate was very good. I will use Journey Cab whenever I have Taxi needs in Kenosha.

Great company! Driver was unable to pick me up but offered a discount coming back ($2 off of $9). To get there I had to use Keno cab which was $12.50! Major savings and the driver was very polite!

I needed a cab to get me to a 9:00a job interview. I phoned more cab companies than I care to repeat. Journey was the ONLY one that had a working phone number with a pleasant voice that answered. His name was Jeff Smith. He came all the from Kenosha to Bristol to get me. Waited for my interview to end (I was offered the job) He was waiting for me then drove me back home. Vey polite.
