I first started taking my vehicles to Derek at Triad Imports specialist when I was pastor at Main Street UMC Kernersville. I was always treated with the greatest respect and was given superior service. Most recently I moved and started having some e air-conditioning problems with my odessy. I took the van to a service agent in the city to which I moved. I was quoted 150 for diagnostics and 75 for a clutch relay switch. I called Derek. Derel told me that the switch would cost about 7 ( thats seven dollars) and no charge for installation. The next day I took it to Triad Import and I was out in five minutes with a charge of seven dollars. Derek has seviced both of my cars. Repleaced timing belts in both and general service.
