This was My first time renting a car, and it went way smoother than I could have every imagined. The staff answered all questions I had. I rented the 2023 Malibu. The inside was very clean and detailed. I had no issues on my trip. I would recommend this enterprise with the staff being kind, knowledgeable and assertive. I booked on the enterprise app and got a vehicle similar to what I reserved. They had alot of new vehicles to choose from and the overall price was great.! They do hold a deposit, but is reimbursed the day you return if no damage was done to the vehicle rented!

I needed to rent a car for a week so I could take my kids out of town. The people working there were so kind and helpful, I was given a free upgrade to an SUV for the week and they were so professional.
I'm definitely coming back in the future when I need to rent another car.
