The manager/owner/saleswoman sat and gossiped with others the entire time I made my purchase. Very rude. The young man assisting me was very nice, but could have used some assistance from a more experienced person. They made it very clear, the customer comes last.

I ordered a birthday gift online and it was supposed to be sent to my local store. I was not notified that the store was closed so my package was sent back to their corporate headquarters. I was never told that this happened and when I finally figured it out, they only offered me a 10% discount on a new item which I already received with an online coupon code. I was left without a birthday gift and they offered no other help. Do not shop with them for anything important!

I recently purchased an earring and pendant set from Zales in Belmar. Four days later the salesman called me and said she made a mistake and only charged me for the earrings and that the pendant was an additional $279. By that point I had added quite a bit of sentimental value to the set and didn't want to return it but I also didn't want to pay more for it since I had already spent $179 and that was more than I planned on spending in the first place. Anyhow, the sales manager called me later and told me I was under no obligation to pay for the pendant. I was very pleased by this. Because of their generosity I am giving them five stars. I am happy I get to keep the set since it was a gift to myself for having an all natural at home birth to a healthy baby boy and in addition reaching my sales goal for 2013 with my businesses.
