QH Animal Hosp. has been our Vet for the last 6 years., I would not go anywhere else except in an emergency. We have had as many as 5 cats and 2 dogs. We enjoy a professionally friendly experience every time we go. They have a low- cost vaccine clinic one evening a week , open to the community not just their clients, which is huge cost-savings for those of us with a multiple pet household. On their website, you can sign up for low-cost spay or neutering services which we have used for 2 of our pets. Our oldest dog had exploratory surgery last summer. A huge tumor was attached to her spleen. Both were removed and she is back to her old self without any complications. Yes it was expensive, but she had 2 or 3 followup visits at no additional costs to us. Several times during her recovery, the staff called to check on how she was doing, which is more than most human doctor's offices do. They care about pet parents as much as their pets. Explanations are given so pet parents can understand what may be a health issue and home care if needed. Recently, our oldest cat came to the end of her life, and needed compassionate veternary intervention for a peaceful passing. Everyone of the staff were compassionate and understanding with us as well. Everything was explained and we were given a choice to be present or not and allowed to spend as much time as we needed after she was gone. We even received a condolence card several days later that was signed by each of the staff. We are so grateful for all the excellent care we, but mostly, our pets have received over time. Thank you.

I have never seen a veterinary clinic interact so well with my pets. All the staff members were very knowledgeable and treated me and my pets like family. We had to go in for an emergency visit, they got us right in and were so compassionate towards me and my pet Punker who was attacked by our neighbors dog. The explained all of the charges in great detail and they even offered me a senior discount. I would recommend them to everyone I know, everytime I have gone in there since, for whatever reason, they remember mine and my pets name, their prices are great, the office is clean, and they really care about my feelings and concerns.

This vet office is terrible! They rushed us into putting our dog down without hesitation! They waited till the next day to do xrays in a life or death situation. I would not send my worst enemy to them! We lost a family member due to this office.
