Baryames has priced themselves right out of our budget. I was shocked to be charged $30 for dry cleaning a 2-piece dress. The dress didnt require a special processing or preparation. There are no beads, pleats or pressing requirements. Fortunately, I had a 30% off coupon, but $22.40 is still more than I'm willing to pay to dry clean a single career dress with short jacket. After many, many years, we must bid farewell to Baryames.

First of all, WAY over priced. $18 to hem one pair of pants??!!! Customer service is poor, the people that work there are very in-personable and rude. They hemmed my pants too short even though I pinned them exactly where I wanted them hemmed. Also, the hem was crooked! My coat came back still dirty, there was dirt all over the cuff of the sleeve. I emailed the owner and he had someone else from the store call me back. They offered to have me bring my coat back in for another cleaning and to bring my pants back to fix the hem. Hello? How are you going to fix you hemming them too short? Duh! Like I would want to bring my e pensive coat back when you just ruined a $100 dollar pair of jeans. I didn't even get an apology. I will never go back there again!! Super disappointed!!
