I attended the Women's Expo in Lansing, MI where I visited the booth of Holly Scott-Hetchler DDS. I scheduled & attended two appointments within 12 days of each other in March 2013 per the dentists' instruction. This office charged my insurance for 2 cleanings WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF THIS. My insurance is standard & only allows for 2 cleanings a year. So when I go to another DDS for a cleaning in December 2013, I am being charged $110.00 because Holly Scott-Hetchler's office wanted to incorrectly charge & get paid for the same procedure twice within 12 days. When I call back to explain & try to correct the situation, Holly Scott-Hetchler's office wants to tell me it is my fault. I do not recommend this office. I now understand why they had to advertise for clients because THEY CANNOT KEEP RETURN CLIENTS due to their INCORRECT BILLING & UNPROFESSIONALISM. Also this DDS is NOT listed under the BBB so incorrect billing procedures CANNOT be reported!!

Comfortable practice, Dr. Scott is wonderful, and Linda Smith is my favorite!
